The short version

The tools run entirely in your browser. Your tinnitus matches, marks and settings never leave your device. We only handle the information needed to sell and restore the full version.

Stored on your device only

• Your settings, sweep marks and saved matches, in your browser's local storage.
• Your full-version unlock code, also in local storage.

We don't receive this information. Clearing your browser data deletes it.

When you buy

Checkout is handled by Stripe, which collects your email, payment details and billing country under Stripe's privacy policy. We can see your email, the amount, the date and the last four digits of your card in our Stripe account. We use that only to run your subscription, restore it on other devices, give refunds and answer your emails. We never see your full card number.

What we don't do

• No advertising trackers and no selling or sharing of your information.
• No account or password.
• We don't collect any health information. Your tinnitus pitch stays on your device.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes standard technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and block attacks.

Your choices

To ask what purchase information we hold about you, or to have it deleted (except records we must keep for tax and accounting), email support@tinnitussounds.com.
